Central California Conference Office

The Property and Risk Management Department is seeking a full-time Associate Director. The Conference is looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or Associate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Three years’ experience in accounting and experience in various aspects of risk management, insurance, and property management is desired; be detail-oriented; able to stay on task until completion, willing to travel, and have excellent customer service skills. Must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church in regular standing and maintain consistent, active church attendance.


Compensation: $4734.98 – $5261.09/month plus a housing allowance of $547/month. Benefits include healthcare, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, sick leave, vacation and holiday pay, and 403b.
