WHAT WE DO
Property Management coordinates with churches and schools in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties as the related legal documents require Conference acknowledgment and signatures. Additional services include appropriate filing of County 571-L reports, property tax exemptions, and payment of property taxes. We also manage property items for Camp Wawona, Sonora Community Estates, Soquel Conference Center, and the Watsonville Commercial property.
Risk Management is a ministry of active stewardship, safeguarding the property and people the Lord has entrusted to the Central California Conference. The department coordinates risk aversion responsibilities for all events, properties, and vehicles of the Conference, churches, and schools. We also assist with the processing of claims for Auto, General Liability, and Property losses.
