Every year, the Central California Conference hosts a 10-day, internationally broadcast event known globally as the Soquel Camp Meeting. This Spirit-filled revival boasts ten full days of dynamic speakers, inspiring music, and activities for all ages. 

 

We pray that you join us, and with the inspiration of this year’s powerful messages, you will be able to develop an abundant life in God and use your knowledge, skills, and understanding to serve God and humanity and truly be transformed. Q: What is the status of the Large Auditorium for the 2023 Soquel Camp Meeting?

A: The Large Auditorium can now be used for gatherings at the 2023 Soquel Camp Meeting. The yellow tag has been removed.

Q: What programs are being livestreamed from the Main Auditorium and when?

A: Morning Devotionals start at 6:30 AM.
     Seminars are at 10:30 AM.
     Evening Sessions take place at 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
     On Sabbaths, we have sessions at 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:45 AM, and 3:00 PM.


Q: Where can I watch these livestreams?

A: All our livestreams are available on the CCCADVENTIST YouTube Channel. You can access it directly at https://www.youtube.com/@CCCADVENTIST

Q: Will there be cash services available at the camp this year?

A: No, there will be no money exchanging services available at the camp. This includes cashing checks, exchanging dollar bills for coins, and there will be no ATM on site.

Q: What should I do if I need to use the laundry machines?
A: If you plan to use the laundry machines, please make sure to bring your own quarters as there will be no provision for obtaining coins on site.

Q: Will the Adventist Book Center be operating at the Camp Meeting?

A: Yes, the Adventist Book Center will indeed be operating at the Camp Meeting this year.

Q: Is there any special event planned by the Adventist Book Center?

A: Yes, the Adventist Book Center is planning a one-day Truckload food sale of cases of canned food. Please note that pre-ordering and pre-payment will be required for this event.  Click here for more information

Q: Is there a price increase for the campsite?

A: Yes, there is a price increase for the campsite due to inflation. However, we are happy to report that the price is still less than half the cost of other campgrounds in the area, such as KOA near Soquel.

Q: Will food service be available this year?

A: Yes, Burger Bar will be operating, but there will be no cafeteria service offered.

Q:  Are there tents to rent?

A:  Campground Tents: Are available in South Terrace/North Terrace. Not all tent sites are level. Mattresses and metal cots will not be available. Bring bedding, tables, chairs, ice chest, broom, rug, or other furnishings. Campfires, open flames (BBQs), gas/propane lanterns, heaters, and cookstoves are prohibited. Electricity is unavailable in tents. Use battery-powered devices only. Cookhouses offer electrical outlets and cooktops.

Q:  What are the hookups for RVs?

A:  RVs: Slide-outs, awnings, canopies, tables, and furnishings are permitted if kept within your site. Electricity: Use an unspliced 25' for shorter 3 pronged cord/s. Do not plug one RV into another RV's electrical system. Fill propane tanks before arriving. Mobile propane service is not available.
Generators may be used between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. only. Exhaust extensions above the roofline are required for all generators.

Q:  Can I bring my own tent?

A:  Private Tenting: Is available in South View, Eucalyptus Grove, Shady Grove, Ocean View, or Hill Top. Spaces are approximately 16 feet square. Not all sites are level. Campground cots and mattresses are not available for private tenting. Campfires, open flames, gas or propane lanterns, and heaters are prohibited. In Shady Grove and Hill Top, cooking is permitted in the designated cooking area ONLY and you MUST have a fire extinguisher with you at all times when cooking.

Q: Are pets allowed on campus?

A: PETS: Are allowed in RV SITES ONLY. A $40 Pet Fee per pet is charged. Proof of vaccination is required. They must be on a leash at all times.

Q:  Is there parking available at Soquel?

A:  All vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking areas only. In general, you are permitted to load or unload your belongings at your site. The Parking & Transportation Office handles special parking permit requests.

 

Q:  What are the facilities like?
A:  Laundry Facilities: Coin-operated washers and dryers are available near some shower facilities. Bring quarters!

Shower Facilities: Shower facilities on both sides of the Main Auditorium are available free of charge. Please leave them as clean as you would like to find them.

Q: What changes have been made to money exchange services at the 2023 Soquel Camp Meeting?A: There will be no money exchange services this year. No check to cash or bills to coins exchanges will be available. Attendees planning to do laundry should bring their own quarters. Also, there will be no ATM on-site.

 

Q:  Can I bring my own bicycle or other wheeled devices?

A:  Things with Wheels: Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, etc. may not be used at SCC for safety reasons.

Q:  Will the Caselots food store be open this year?

A:  No, the Caselots food store will not be operational this year.

Q: Where can attendees buy food and ice since the Caselots food store won't be operating at the 2023 Soquel Camp Meeting?

A: Nearby stores include Safeway, Nob Hill Foods, and Lucky, which all sell ice, and Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Target, and Costco Wholesale for food supplies.
