Daniel Gouveia Appointed Ministerial Director

Central California Conference is pleased to announce that on December 14, 2025, the Executive Committee voted to extend a call to Daniel Gouveia to serve as the new Ministerial Director, effective January 15, 2026.

Daniel Gouveia has served in full-time pastoral ministry for 21 years, fulfilling leadership roles including Senior Pastor at the Fresno Central Seventh-day Adventist Church, Area President, district pastor, devangelist, youth leader, and digital evangelism pioneer. His ministry has spanned multiple conferences and unions, bringing deep experience in pastoral mentorship, conflict resolution, evangelism, and organizational leadership.

Daniel’s ministry emphasizes collaboration, spiritual growth, pastoral development, and a Christ-centered approach to leadership. His experience includes mentoring pastors, strengthening congregational health, leading ministry initiatives, hosting media ministries, and fostering unity in diverse congregations.
