Oleg Lotca, associate director of Literature Evangelism for the Central California Conference, will transition to the Michigan Conference in June 2025.
Lotca has served with the Central California Conference since 2019, marking six years of dedicated ministry. Known as a passionate advocate of literature evangelism, he has inspired numerous lay members to distribute "The Great Controversy" across various cities. He has organized impactful mission trips not only in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco areas but throughout the entire conference territory.
Beyond his role at the conference, Lotca founded and serves as president of Streams of Light International, a global ministry dedicated to promoting literature evangelism. Under his leadership, Streams of Light encourages literature evangelists worldwide to distribute Christian literature, especially "The Great Controversy."
On Nov. 25, 2024, Streams of Light acquired and began renovations on the Oak Haven Campus in Pullman, Michigan, located about 30 minutes from Andrews University. The campus will host the Streams of Light Training Institute, providing specialized training for literature evangelists. With his relocation to Michigan, Lotca will further collaborate with the Michigan Conference through this expanding initiative.
The Central California Conference deeply appreciates Lotca’s six years of faithful service and significant contributions. We invite prayers for him as he embarks on this new chapter in Michigan.
