• Full-time Undertreasurer

This individual must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s Degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration and at least 7-10 years of experience in accounting. The Undertreasurer is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting department, ensuring compliance with denominational policies and government regulations, and supporting the financial mission of the Central California Conference. This role provides leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while mentoring accounting staff and fostering a culture of stewardship and accountability. The Undertreasurer serves as acting Treasurer/CFO in their absence, assuming full authority and responsibility for treasury operations.

Must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church in regular standing and maintain consistent, active church attendance.

Compensation: 87%-102% of NAD rate, ($4,950.18 – $5,803.66/month) plus housing allowance of $547/month. Benefits include: Retirement, health, life insurance and disability, workers compensation, vacation, holiday, bereavement, and dependent tuition assistance
