Full-time Assistant Treasurer
This individual must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA and several years of experience in accounting. Also, he or she must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in different situations. Possess the ability to interpret and implement a variety of instructions and applicable regulations in written, oral, diagram and schedule form. Be able to perform tasks independently (under no or very limited supervision) including executing judgment in working out problems. Be able to streamline processes to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency. Possess adaptability and be able to craft and implement creative responses to setbacks and obstacles. Must have personal management, and motivation to work toward goals and have skills to effectively negotiate and navigate disagreements. Be customer service oriented. . Must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church in regular standing and maintain consistent, active church attendance.

Grounds and maintenance specialist
The Sonora Community Estates, an over-55 senior residential community in Sonora, CA is seeking a regular grounds and maintenance specialist. The successful candidate will be proficient in grounds care to include installation and maintenance of underground sprinkler systems. Have safe knowledge of power machines and tools. Have experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and practical maintenance skills. Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in regular standing with consistent church attendance.
Wage scale: $19.17 - $25.64 per hour
